What You’ll Do
- Lead 30–50 minute high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
- Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment
- Teach soccer skills and character development using our curriculum
- Arrive 15 minutes early for setup, ready and prepared to coach
- Communicate positively with families, teachers, and staff
- Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and the unique Soccer Shots energy
Schedule
We operate year-round in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons.
Coaches may work 5–25 sessions/week, depending on availability.

Typical Coaching Windows:
- Weekday Mornings: 8:30AM –11:30 AM
- Midday (site dependent): 11:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Weekday Afternoons: 2:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Weekends: Mornings , 8:30AM - 2PM
You choose when you're available—we build your schedule around you.
Locations (Long Island West Territory)
Coaching takes place at:
- Preschools & daycares
- Parks & indoor facilities
- Community centers and elementary schools
We assign sites as close as possible to your home within the Long Island West region.
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
- Patient, engaging, and great with kids
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable managing groups of up to 12 children
- Strong communicators
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Soccer knowledge is a bonus, not required—we provide full training!
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
- Ability to coach indoors/outdoors, move actively, and manage class energy

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
